3. Orders and Payment
Contract: Your order constitutes an offer to buy. A contract is only formed when we send a confirmation email.
Payment: We accept Juice by MCB, Bank Transfer, or Credit Card. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed.

4. Shipping and Delivery (Mauritius)
Delivery Areas: We deliver across Mauritius.
Timeline: Estimated delivery times are 3-5 business days. SKK is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Pickup: If a local pickup option is selected, customers will be notified via email/SMS when the order is ready.

5. Returns and Refunds
Policy: Due to the nature of our products (mugs, apparel), returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for "change of mind" regarding size or color, so please refer to our size guides carefully.
