  • Customer: refers to the company, organization or person that signs up to use the Service to manage the relationships with your consumers or service users.

  • Service: refers to the service provided by SKK as described in the relative terms and on this platform.

Return & Refund Policy
At SKK, we take great pride in the quality of our creations—from our signature mugs to our apparel and stationery. If your order isn't quite right, we are here to help.

1. Damaged or Defective Items
We take extra care in packaging our fragile items (like our mugs). However, if your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:

Report Window: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Evidence: Email a clear photo of the damaged item and the original packaging to [Insert Email, e.g., hello@skkmu.shop].

Resolution: Once verified, we will send a replacement at no extra cost to you or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Apparel & Stationery
For non-fragile items, we offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility: To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.

Size Exchanges: If you need a different size for a T-shirt or hoodie, please contact us. Note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs for size-related exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and health reasons, certain items (like opened stationery sets) cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

3. Personalized & Custom Goods
Any items that have been custom-engraved (such as our Executive Mugs) or specifically personalized are Final Sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: These will be processed via your original payment method (Juice by MCB, Bank Transfer, or Credit Card via MIPS).

Processing Time: Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
