Shipping Locations We deliver to all residential and business addresses across Mauritius. For Rodrigues and Agalega, please contact us before ordering for specific rates and timelines.
Delivery Timelines
Order Processing: 1–2 business days (Mondays to Fridays).
Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days after processing.
Peak Periods: During new collection launches (like our April Winter Collection), please allow an additional 2 days for processing.

Shipping Rates
Standard Delivery: Rs150 flat rate.
Free Shipping: Available on orders over Rs 1,500
Local Pickup: Free pickup is available at skk store in Saint Pierre, Moka.

You will receive a notification when your order is ready.

Packaging & Damage
Mugs: Our mugs are packed in reinforced, eco-friendly boxes to prevent breakage.
Damaged Goods: If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us at +230 59243210  within 24 hours of receipt so we can arrange a replacement.
Tracking Your Order Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with a tracking reference from our courrier or an estimated delivery window.
